What is the difference between Boss Lady and Boss Baby hair?

The Boss Lady hair line is our Raw High- End Hair collection. This hair can be expected to last up to 5 years and dye up to #613 if desired. The Boss Baby hair line is our Virgin more affordable hair collection. This hair can last up to 2 years and dye up to #27 if desired.

Can I pick up my order In-store?

Yes, we are located at 915 S Eastman Rd Longview, TX 75604 Suite 4. Please contact the store at 9037367848 prior to your arrival due to varrying operating hours and to check availability of the product you desire.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we currently offer financing via Shop Pay or Sezzle. Either of these options will allow you to break your total purchase amount into 4 interest free payments.


How long is shipping?

Shipping will take 2-3 business days while processing after initial payment may take 5-6 business days.

How long will my Boss Bundles hair extensions last?

With proper care, Boss Bundles Virgin hair (Boss Baby) extensions can last up to 2 years. Boss Bundles Raw hair (Boss Lady) extensions can last up to 5 years.

1. Co-Wash hair with conditioner only (Aussie Conditioner Recommended)

2. Wash hair in one direction in a downward motion

3. Co-Wash hair at least weekly

4. Let hair air dry for best results and do not apply heat to damp hair.

Can I dye my extensions?

Yes, Boss Bundles Virgin hair extensions can be dyed to #27 while our Raw hair extensions can be dyed to #613. It is reccommended that this be done by a professional colorists.

Can I apply heat to the hair?

Yes, Boss Bundles human hair extensions can be flat-ironed or curled. We recommend using a thermal heat protectant prior to styling.

How many bundles do I need?

Lengths 12-16inches 2-3, 18-30inches 3 bundles or more recommended.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We currently do not except returns or exchanges of hair or hair products at this time.

Do you provide international shipping?

Yes, international shipping is available.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed to the email address provided. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment status. If you do not receive this email, please reach out to our customer service email with your order number at
